During preparation, HoopGram temporarily holds this domain and protocol assets intended for handover. Stewardship is not permanent ownership and does not alter the decision that “Hoop” is a public common noun.

This page solicits no donations, charges no money, provides no login, sets no cookies, and collects no information.

Public trigger

Formal foundation preparation triggers when the first implementation independent of HoopGram’s organization, code, and infrastructure passes applicable conformance groups using public specifications alone.

Independence, results, and affiliations must be public with at least a 30-day objection period. The trigger itself transfers no domain, company mark, signing authority, or money.

Handover

After the trigger and required human and legal review, HoopGram should transfer stewarded protocol assets to an independent foundation or the protocol holder then authorized through public governance. Governance must publish neutral membership, conflicts, financial transparency, dissolution, and renewed succession rules.
